An empty shell is not a spa. We do the part in between.
V’Lore is the design and fit-out arm of CBE. We plan the room around the treatments it has to deliver — plumbing, power, extraction, storage and flow — then furnish and equip it from our own floor.

Survey and layout
We measure the shell and plan the room against the treatment menu — how many rooms fit, where the wet wall goes, where a client waits.

Services and compliance
Power loads, dedicated circuits, water and waste, extraction. The specification your contractor needs, written down before work starts.

Furniture and finishes
Cabinetry, seating, lighting and surfaces chosen to survive disinfectant and daily use, not just to photograph well on opening day.

Equipment and handover
Installed, commissioned and demonstrated to your team, with the consumables to run the first month already on the shelf.

Why one supplier
The equipment decides the room, not the other way round.
Most fit-outs go wrong in the same place: the room is finished, then the equipment arrives and needs a circuit that is not there, a drain that was never run, or 30 cm more clearance than the wall allows.
Because we supply the equipment, we plan against its real specification from day one. That is the whole argument for using us for both.
