Est. 1993
The first beauty equipment distributor in Trinidad & Tobago.
We started in 1993 as BES Caribbean, importing equipment nobody else here would carry, for an industry that was still small enough that everyone knew everyone. Three decades later the industry is not small — and we are still the people the trade calls first.
1993
BES Caribbean opens
Founded to solve one problem: therapists in T&T could not buy professional equipment locally. Everything came in a suitcase from Miami, unsupported and unwarranted. We became the first distributor in the country.
2000s
Distribution becomes retail
Salon owners kept asking to see equipment before committing five figures to it. So we opened the floor. What began as a wholesale operation became a showroom where you can sit in the chair and run the machine before you buy it.
Today
Equipment, consumables, fit-out
Capital equipment and the weekly consumable order from one supplier — plus V’Lore, our design and fit-out arm, for owners building a room from an empty shell.
How we work
We sell equipment we can service.
Anyone can ship you a facial machine. The question that matters eighteen months later is who fixes it, and whether the handpiece you need is on a shelf in Trinidad or on a twelve-week order from overseas.
Stocked here
Consumables and the common wear parts are held locally. A bed roll or a replacement handpiece should never stop a room from opening.
Specified honestly
Every listing carries the full technical sheet — voltage, load rating, duty cycle. If a cabin needs a dedicated 20 A circuit, we say so before you buy it, not after.
Supported after
Warranty is handled here rather than referred overseas. We would rather sell you the right machine once than the wrong one twice.
Who we supply
From one room to a full floor.
Estheticians and single-room studios
Buying their first steamer or replacing a bed. Usually paying for it out of the treatments it will run.
Established spas and salons
Reordering consumables on a cycle and upgrading equipment as the book fills. The customers we speak to most often.
Med-spas and clinics
Where the specification matters most — Class B sterilization, documented cycles, equipment that will pass an inspection.
Owners opening their first spa
Buying an entire setup at once, often from an empty shell. This is where V'Lore comes in.
Come and see it on the floor.
The showroom is open six days a week. Sit in the chair, run the machine, ask the awkward questions.
